Mty wish: FAI (File Artificial Intelligence)

We all work with LOTS of files, don't we? that's why we need a file manager.
I'd like to be able to tag files according to priorities. I wish those files "would get back to me" somehow, instead of me having to track them down and chase them, because after a while, when you work with hundreds, it's simply impossible.
So, my wishlist is a to add the ability to tag files (I know colors can be defined already, but file coloring is already a method used to classify files visually) AND, when you tag them, add some kind of reminder feature, so that the files would pop up to me after a given period of time (which the user can define). with a message like "you've gotta do something with me!"
or something to that effect.
Maybe even make it a little more advanced and let users define what the file does when the date and time you have comes: it it's a .doc file, open itself in your word program, etc. etc.
