Is it possible to have multiple toolbars instead of >> to show there is more buttons to the right?

Sure. Right-click the "Switch Toolbar Button Set" button.

I right click then click on Customize Toolbar
I highlight where I want the New Row to be on the right side.
On left side I highlight New Row then use the button in the middle that says Add>>
I can also drag the New Row to the location I want and it then separates the toolbar into two (or more) toolbars as seen here.
