Moved to New Laptop and Text is Very Small

I went through the steps to increase the Text Size for Microsoft Word which it did, but it didn't change Xyplorer.

Why would you think that changing the text size in Word would change it in XY?
You need to either change the text size overall via Windows' Display Settings or for XY alone, hold the Control key and mouse wheel up or down.

Sorry, I didn't mean that I changed the text in the document in Word.
I changed it in Windows Display.
Control and scroll does not change the Menu text.
I am trying to increase the size of the Menu text.

Configuration > Colors and Styles > Fonts > [x] Enable zoom by Ctrl+mouse wheel
