Duplicate, Misaligned Shortcut Overlay Arrows on LNK Files in Multiple View Modes

In Small Tiles, Large Tiles, Thumbnails and Detailed Thumbnails view modes, shortcut overlay arrows display incorrectly as two overlapping arrows (one large, one small) on .lnk files inside Collections.
The small arrow is partially covered by the file icon, while the large arrow obscures roughly one quarter of the icon, as shown in the attached screenshot.

This overlapping arrow glitch gets worse after app updates. After upgrading to version 28.30.1300, the shortcut overlay arrows started stacking on top of each other like this.
