Same thing happening and the latest XYplorer v28.30.1200 has not fixed it.
1. Restore is missing from the Recycle Bin context menu
2. The same context menu appears in Recycle Bin as with any other file, rather than the normal Recycle Bin context menu with just a few choices
3. CTRL + right-click on a file in Recycle Bin brings up a strange context menu. See enclosed screenshot.

Running Win 11 Pro 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8655)
Display scaling at 125%

Windows 11 v25H2
Screen scaling: 100%

Same here, 'Restore' is missing in the context menue. But it is available in the windows file explorer (after I had to fix the missing Recycle Bin ;)
The Recycle Bin folder is handled like every other directory.... I am able to open/play files, copy them etc like every other file in every other directory (except that these files were deleted!) Weird...
Wondering that there is no reaction at all (yet)...
