XYplorer Beta Club

I just updated to the latest beta and now I am not able to paste content using the mouse or CTRL-V. Copy seems to work, but not paste. I tested by pasting to desktop, which works, I then have to drag onto XY to actually copy the files. Is this just my end, or a bug in XY?

EDIT: I just noticed that XY loses focus on clicking Paste, and there is a message in the status bar: EDIT2: Same happens when trying to delete an item, drag and drop onto tabs, checking other ways too.

Ive tried Pain.net files, Jpeg, PNG, Folders, text files so far.

You are copying/pasting files? I don't see any problem there.

I just restarted my PC just in case, updated to 28.30.1000 from 902, issue remains:

You are using the shell context menu for copy/paste. Wow. Then you probably have that recent Windows 11 update (KB5094126) that destroyed shell context menu functionality.

No idea what you mean? Can you explain please.
Btw, it makes no difference how I copy/paste, same result every time.

Other users also reported shell context menu issues with KB5094126. At the moment there is nothing I can do about it.

I tested a fresh install of XY and it works fine, using the XY own copier I assume?

Btw, copy/paste was working until now and I updated windows days ago. Only thing that changed was XY updated. Also, works in Q-Dir. As copy/paste works in XY fresh install but not in my install, stands to reason this is an XY issue. I have set my current install to use built in context menu and still doesnt work, yet fresh install does work.

Just downgraded to v28.30.901 and copy/paste now works. Upgraded again, doesnt work, so there is something in that update causing the issue.

Task manager shows a lot of the XYcopy running: Perhaps thats where the problem lies?

Hmm, try a foreground copy.

I had problems after updating to v28.30.1000 an hour ago. Copy, delete functions didn't work. Task manager showed a lot of the XYcopy running.
I had to downgrade back to v28.30.0900.

Yes, I see it here. Needs a fix.
