:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Slow

Post by supersteve »

I just upgradet to this version because the last one was so buggy. It's really slow (25% as fast) when viewing directories that have a lot of files (100K+). 50% of the time when I delete a folder (doesn't have many files in it) it sits and hangs for about 20 seconds. It does eventually delete it, but it takes forever. Let me know if you need anything else.

Just now I copied and pasted a folder and it took 30 seconds. The folder is small too (see attached screenshot)

Exclude your XYplorer folder from your Antivirus Solution and try again...

I don't have any antivirus running. Sorry, should have said that in the original post.
