x64: Toolbar no longer supports drag n drop

I haven't tested latest x86 beta yet, but in x64 .0502 the toolbar no longer supports drag n drop, ie. no bookmark buttons, no drop on ctb etc., the wrong cursor is shown and there is no mouse tracking at all.

Damn, .0500 still worked. Did nothing here. Must be a tB bug. The downside of working with a living language...
