7Zip error mesage

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what is causing this (see attached image)? Happens when trying to open 7zip file by double clicking on it.

Does it happen in Windows Explorer?
Does it happen in a fresh XY instance?

Thanks for the reply, and just tried it in Explorer and it does the same thing. Not sure what you mean by fresh XY instance?

fresh; executed from the address bar but you don't need to try that because it's a system problem, not a XY one.
I'd uninstall 7-Zip and reinstall it

Uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. Found out online that you need to set the "open with" to 7zip fm.exe not 7zip Giu.exe. All working now.
