Assign keyboard shortcut in manages user-defined commands does not work. It do nothing., Via tools->customize keyboard shortcuts it works.

Yes, confirmed. Underlying is the same bug as in the other threads. Fix is on the way.

The issue is solved in the latest official release. Thank you!
