I can´t move the horizontal pane?!?

this is ridiculous, all of a sudden, my bottom horizontal pane cannot be moved with the mouse, i don´t get the handles to move it ...
i´m on a 30 days trial version, active, obviously i don´t want to reinstall it, so what´s the solution?

Forum users who have their Windows version and screen scaling percentage in the location field of their profile

no, I paid for a licence few years ago.
If I am guaranteed that I wouldn´t have this panes problem i´ll be glad to purchase a lifetime licence
