Very slow to start on Windows 11

From the taskbar, XYPlorer (version 27.10, but also many versions previously) takes a very long time to start on Windows 11, and when it finally does, it has started several copies, sometimes 4 or 5. This is rather annoying and reduces its usability to the point that I give up and go back to File Explorer.
What's going on here? How to diagnose? Am I the only person that observes this? My computer is state of the art with very powerful AMD CPU and components. Are there logs that can be examined?

No, that looks very helpful. Where to find out about these commands?

Thanks. This is so helpful. Turned off network loading at startup. All works fine now.
