Yes, something does not work here (or works differently) in the TB version. I assume it's rather related to SC focus than to SC sendkeys (which is not an official command, btw). It will be fixed in a later phase.

Admin and phred mean that members of the Forum should add the screen scaling percentage of their monitor (e.g. 100% or 125%) in the location field of their profile. You can get to this field by clicking on your user name (in the top right corner) -> User Control Panel -> tab "Profile".

I have no idea why it should be the field "Location" (which is usually the field to write the geographical place where you live or work or whatever). So I wrote the percentage and the Windows version in my signature (-> User Control Panel -> tab "Profile" -> "Edit signature"). I think it is accepted there too.

Either one is okay. I thought the "Location" field was fitting because that Windows version and monitor represent where you are, at least mentally. It's the location of your mind.
