I was browsing the folders under "C:\Program Files" and all was well, when suddenly I tried to go back up one folder level by double clicking and I got an error dialogue box talking about an invalid index (see image).
Note in the image the list view is showing the contents of folder "C:\Program Files\Simplewall" but the breadcrumb bar is showing "C:\Program Files".

After this, every attempt at folder navigation failed with the same or similar error message. I was only able to get back to normal by existing and restarting XY. I spent some time but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

"...with the same or similar error message". Would have been interesting to see the other "similar" messages.

Anyway, I never heard of the error "Invalid Index", it's not an XY native message but comes from Windows. Unless you find steps to reproduce it I would say it's a Win11 hiccup.
