Messed up UI on first start

When I first start XYplorer after a system restart the UI is totally messed up. When I start it up a bit later, then the UI is fine.
Using 90.0040

Got your INI but couldn't reproduce the issue.
(Win11)
If you compare the returned data of
Help | Various Information in the broken and the non-broken layout, are there any differences?

I imagine it's due to some quirk on my Windows machine. Didn't occur with 32bit.

What makes the difference?
1) first vs non-first time
or
2) early vs later
