Running XY64 and XY32 independently

Hi,
This must have been asked already, so if so, please direct me accordingly. I want to install and run the new XY64 completely independently from my existing 32-bit XYplorer for a short awhile. So I do NOT want to share the same data directory. I figure I'll just make a copy of my existing XYplorer data directory and call it XYplorer64. Then, after installing XY64 into a separate place from XY32, I'll edit the Startup.ini file to point to the XYplorer64 directory.
I don't install XY currently into C:\Program Files and I also locate the data folder elsewhere as follows:
P:\Tools\XYplorer
U:\Jerry\Data\XYplorer
So, for XY64, I'll then have in addition to the above,
P:\Tools\XYplorer64 (with Startup.ini pointing to U:\Jerry\Data\XYplorer64)
U:\Jerry\Data\XYplorer64
So my question is: Is that all I have to do to have everything working and looking the same in XY64 as with XY32? (I realize the 2 data folders will not be synced.)
