How to enable dark mode for 64-bit context menu?

Hi all,
I'm not sure if it is a bug or if there is a setting I missed, but does anyone know how to get dark mode to apply to the 64-bit context menu? It is always blinding white for me, and would love to have it match the rest of my system, but I can't find a way to change it.
Alternatively, since I would only use the 64-bit context menu to access PowerToys features (specifically PowerRename and Image Resizer), is there a way to add PowerToys functions to the context menus within XYplorer, bypassing the 64-bit context menu altogether?
This is the only niggling issue keeping me from switching completely from windows explorer. Thanks for your help!
