I tried doing a complete HDD scan for image files and I didn't get any luck getting the results correct. Surely I am doing it wrong?

Button "Reset Filters", switch to "Image files" in the dropdown again, start the search...

Or at least, untick everything apart from "Name" in the lower right corner under "Applied filters:"...
