Error "tabset already opened in the other pane", but that pane is hidden and I cannot force open in active pane

I really like the Tabsets feature and starting registering a few tabsets.

I also use more rarely the Dual Pane.

One day I accidentally selected Pane 2 before opening a tabset, causing the tabset to be registered on Pane 2 instead of Pane 1.

I realised my mistake and closed the Dual Pane view to only show Pane 1.

Then I opened the tabset popup again (Tabsets > Open...) and saw this:
tabset stays registered on hidden pane and prevents opening in current pane.png
One of the tabsets is still opened aka In Use in the now hidden Pane 2. Fine, I'll just open it in Pane 1 and it will cleverly swap.

But it doesn't instead if I select a tabset already opened in another tab, even if it's hidden, it says in the bottom-right corner:

Error "tabset already opened in the other pane"
tabset stays registered on hidden pane and prevents opening in current pane 2.png
I tried to right-click on the tabset marked [In Use - Pane 2] to force close it, but there is no such option. I tried the Tabsets menu for a "close option" but no such thing either.

I tried a hack: reopen Pane 2, open a dummy tabset like "2", but "1" and "2" are no really tabsets, and won't be marked In Use.

The only solution seems to create a brand new dummy tabset "Dummy" and make Pane 2 select it.

OK so far...

Problem is, as soon as I select a new tabset in Pane 1, for some reason, my Pane 2 will switch from Dummy to the previously selected tabset in Pane 1!

What happened?!

This makes tabset switching very complicated. I suppose I have to completely reset XYplorer's transient state at this point (but keep my tabsets configuration).

I even disabled Dual Panes completely in Configuration > Features but even then the tabset would remain "In Use" in the now inaccessible Pane 2, preventing Pane 1 from accessing it!

The easy way would have been to Save As the tabset in pane 2 under some dummy name.
Then Open the tabset you want in pane 1. Done.
