Dropbox options missing from right-click context menu
Posted: 30 May 2025 01:27
Windows 11, XYPlorer v26.10.0200 (portable mode, fully paid and registered).
XYPlorer is set as my default file explorer (via "shell integration").
I have Dropbox installed.
When I right-click on the same exact file (in Dropbox) in XYPlorer, I don't get the usual Dropbox context-menu options ("copy link to file" etc.). See below.
Update:
1. I used to see the Dropbox options in the past.
2. Also, the way my computer is set-up, I have XYP (portable mode) and Dropbox in a Veracrypt encrypted drive. And after logging in I have to enter the Veracrypt password before either XYP or Dropbox become available. I'm not sure if Dropbox options missing from the context menu happened before or after I set up my computer with Veracrypt.

When I right-click on the same exact file (in Dropbox) in Windows File Explorer, I do get the usual Dropbox context-menu options ("copy link to file" etc.). See below.

My question: what do I need to do in XYPlorer to get these context menu options?
