Problem after upgrading

I installed v27 on a new computer and also upgraded my license from v24. When I load the configuration from my previous version so I can have all my previous settings, it tells me my version isn't supported, as it sees my previous version, but all my settings seem in place. I add my new license, it says it was successful, and I restart XYPlorer, but it's back to the defaults of a fresh installation of v27. How do I get all my settings back?

Show the content of the Startup.ini file in the installation folder of XY?

What's the full folder path when you're using Menu - Go - Go to Application Data Folder?

[Appdata]
Path=%appdata%\XYplorer

C:\Users\nic.syax\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer

I don't see a reason why it would switch back to some default config here...

Try this (while XY is NOT running):
Create a file `lic.ini` in your XY installation folder
Content:

Code: Select all

[Register]
Name=your (new?) registered name, fill it!
Code=your new key, fill it!
Now copy over your old settings again and run XY

It should be registered and using your old config data...
