XY Dark mode is actually not dark but "invert"?

I'm using a tool for better depiction which language is now active for the keyboard. One of it's features allows to change the colour of a typing cursor = that blinking pipe at point where new letter get printed. All other apps, including those with dark mods, have no problem with that and colours work just as i set them, but XY seem to invert those when in dark mode: blinking pipe set to green > turns yellow, red > cyan, etc.
I presume XY internally doesn't make a real "dark mode", but inverts some values, but i'm surprised it affects even 3rd side apps that work with system. I don't take it as a real problem, just merely asking if maybe there is a chance to fix this?

I don't know what a "real dark mode" is. But in XY, colors get really dark when in dark mode. And it's an algorithm, but it's more complex than just inverting.

Here is example what i mean. The typing cursor is set to blue for english.

- Notepad. Proper blue, just like in any app.

- XY light mode. Proper blue.

- XY dark mode. Color inverted to yellow.

Same inversion happens to any other colours in dark mode. One could say it's the cursor colouring app's issue, but there is no such inversion in other app that have dark mode, XY is the only one.

"The typing cursor is set to blue for english."

Where does this blue come from?

Well i use Aml Maple tool for that = it's a keyboard switcher with visual markers which layout is currently operating. I indeed would think that one has problems, but as i said i don't observe such inversion in any other of dozens of apps i use, that's why decided to ask.
