Hi,

Some webp files can have a thumbnail no problem but other webp cause a pop up called error 6, this also prevents any thumbnail from showing. I also have an icaros cache error every time I open my XYplorer but i dont know if thats related.

1) Can you show the error message?

2) Can you append one of those files (zipped)?

Never mind, it seems I had corrupted webp images that had become hidden files. Showing hidden items and then converting them to jpg did the trick. Thanks for your help regardless.
