New to using XYplorer, but I am trying to get all of the files on my external HD to one folder so I can decrypt some files that seem to be scattered throughout it. I have some monster folders with a whole lot of subfolders and some smaller folders. If I try to move the contents of a folder, say over 12GB, the program just hangs. I am using right click drag to move the files. It worked flawlessly for some smaller folders, allowing me to hide folders in the "From", select all files and drag them to the "To" folder, however it bombs on anything substantial, and 12GB is just about as small as these folders get. I tried running it installed locally and it failed, so I tried the portable app on the external HD and it also failed performing the same action.
Any insight would be great. I just purchased this and I've seen what it can do and I want to do more of it, but if it can't handle 12GB, I doubt it will be happy when I click on a 500GB folder.
TY,
Steve

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
