26.70.0511 Beta - XYPlorer Won't Open

After upgrading to the latest beta a few hours ago, i get this error trying to launch xyplorer:
Downgrading to .0509 makes it work fine again.
here's a screenshot of the whole window:
once i click close on the error menu, xyplorer closes as well. have tried reinstalling it a few times to no avail.Error: 9 (0x00000009)
