Custom Sort Order destroyed if Reuse existing tabs option checked

I use both "Permanent Custom Sort Order" feature and "Reuse existing tabs when changing location" option.
Unfortunately, if you (accidentally) click in the Tree already open folder (with custom sort) the custom sort order will be gone. But if you open the same folder from the Desktop the order will be fine, which means it only happens when using the Tree.
P.S. Tested with Fresh profile.
