Version 26.70: files not found by other programs

This morning update to version 26.70.
Something I usually do without a hitch, now failed:
Added 3 pictures to my 'puzzels'-folder with XYPlorer. Went into Excel for my puzzles list, added 3 rows and wanted to link to these three images, but they couldn't be found by Excel.
Adobe Bridge also didn't register there were 3 more puzzle pictures added.
So I reverted to the regular Windows Explorer, which did everything I wanted just fine.
A bug?

Capture a short .gif animation and attach it to the next post to show what is happening...
Copying the files, linking them in Excel.

Interesting: My old Excel file couldn't find the new image (11111111111111111111.jpg), but when I started a new Excel file, the image was found. Both shown in animation.
Adobe Bridge still only lists 3 new files as per today.
I don't know if the link to the animation comes through, so here it's separately:

Later: I now think it's a problem not related to XYPlorer, as I've been reproducing the same failure with Windows Explorer after the initial success.
Maybe I've got a virus. I'll update once I know more. Sorry to have troubled you.

When you've copied it over and you get the window in Excel to select the file to hyperlink, the window does show a completely different file list than the one in XYplorer...
And not only a "111111..." is missing there

Yes, that's normal. In de old puzzle-file I've told Excel all the pictures I want are in the puzzles-folder. When I start a new Excel file it'll first look in the regular folders, documents etc., like most people use. Thanks for the reply, though. I now think it's not a XYPlorer bug, so sorry I've wasted your time.
Later:
BUT: you gave me an idea! And the problem is solved. I feel so dumb now. Somehow I made a copy of the whole puzzles folder. I apparently placed the three new puzzle pictures in the second one, whereas Excel looks in the first one, of course. And when I tried it with Windows Explorer I placed the pictures in the correct folder, which is why I thought the problem lay within XYPlorer. A very big sorry for wanting to blame XYPlorer!
P.S. Could you delete this topic? It's so not related to XYPLorer.
