Archiving with Rename Special submenu

I'd like to be able to repeatedly archive files / folders using File > Rename Special > with Index / with Current Date. These would behave similarly to those options under File > Duplicate.
Justification: I'm running tests that are written to the Test folder, but the Test folder must not exist before the run. I'd like to be able to use this feature to rename Test to Test-01, Test-02, etc.
