Response slow when there are lots of files in a folder

I found that the xyplorer response can be very slow when there are lots of files (more than 10,000) in a folder.
I have this issue that the file in a network drive. But i can confirm that this is not the internet issue because the windows explorer and TC visit speed much faster than xyplorer.
I don't know if there is a setting related to this. or just some basic logic different causing this issue.

i mean it need a long time to load the list (checking all the files and ranging them?), during that time, the xyplorer is dead. i can do nothing...

What happens if you remove the label and tags columns?
