Color Filter -rename-> Global Highlighter (Highlighter Icon with small globus )

Power Filters -rename-> Visual Filter Presets

Global Filter -rename-> Global Visual Filter
Global Power Filters -rename-> Global Filter Presets


Result :
Now you have a Filter & a Highlighter + their Presets + Global counterparts
or to make it simpler , Global -> Sticky )

Why :
app is complex enough , same logic applied as i parent child naming in an html tree..
