Lose focus on the lift view after closing an opened video file

Hello admin.

I entered an issue. If I open a video file from the list, then close the video player and go back to the list view, then the focus is lost and the background of selected file becomes gray, and I can't rename the file.

When I try to rename the file, xyplorer warns: "Tree or List must have input focus".

Then I have to switch to another tab and come back to this tab, then the selected file's background becomes glue, and I can rename or delete it normally.

This happens to the latest version 26.00.0200. I downgraded to the previous version, but this bug seems to exit too.

The screenshot is attached for your reference.

Could you have a look at it? Thank you very much.

Is that an external video player (a separate application) or are you talking about the video preview in XYplorer?

Hello! Thank you very much for the promp reply 😊. It's caused by an external video player called potplayer. If the video is played by other players, this issue won't happen.

Is it possible to solve it in any way? 🙏

Not programmatically. But if you lose focus and clicking in the list does not help, click in the tree and then back in the list. That should fix it.

Many thanks for this informaiton. This indeed works. 👍🏻. I abandoned potplayer and turned to another open source player, so problem solved. :titter:
