i use Xyplorer ver. 26 and when i start the xyplorer its frozen and not responding. What can i do?

Quit XY

Find this key in your Xyplorer.ini file: NoNetworkOnStartup
Set its value to 1 like so: NoNetworkOnStartup=1

Save the file, start XY

Does it now startup "correctly"?

It was already on 1. I tried 0 but it didn't change anything.

So it's a configured instance...

Did this happen after an upgrade?
Does it work if you move your XY data folder elsewhere and start with a fresh instance?

No, that didn't happen after an update. That was already the case in the previous version.

When I removed the AppData folder the program ran without any problems. Funny. But then unfortunately all my settings are gone.

I just removed the xyplorer.ini file and then everything went great without any problems. What can I do?

So: When you keep your XY data folder and only remove the .ini => XY starts fine?

Send your Xyplorer.ini to:
xyplorer_configs<at>stdmail<dot>de
(assemble it correctly^^), I'll try to see if I can reproduce that here...

Damn... I deleted it by mistake.

So. I deleted the xplorer.ini. Xyplorer starts very quickly...but if I click on something the program hangs and not responding appears. And that even though I have a new ini file.

Show a full screenshot (including mouse pointer) before the click that brings XY into that state...

My XY is hanging at the start and taking a long time to show the directory contents.
Where can I get support for this problem?
With this board being the only support place, finding someone who can effectively solve this problem is quite challenging.
Is anyone able to help me?

10 minutes after posting here, and after getting 2 replies, you email support?

Similar issue on my side... when opening XY, the mouse cursor turns into Hourglass and stays there for around 3 ~ 5 seconds before XY is responsive...

There was no such issue in 25.90.0100... however there used to be the same issue in one of 25.90.xxx but then it was "fixed" in a certain version...

Run text get("loadtimes"); through the address bar and post the return.
