Hi

I have noticed that I have been unable to overwrite some files on copy/move recently (last 3 days) and there are a lot of ~swapping~ files created.
Usually trying to copy for second or third time works and existing files are replaced but ~swapping~ files remain in folders.

What may be the reason of such behaviour? I had never experienced this before.

Note: target files are only used by web browser (Chrome) and source – by VSCode.

The ~swapping~ file is created temporarily if you check the Safe Overwrite option here:
Configuration | File Operations | File Operations | Custom Copy Operations | Configure...

But I cannot reproduce stranded ~swapping~ files. Probably need more details...
