Slow on Network Folders

Hello,
I've had XYplorer and I've been running into this issue and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've already checked "[x] No network browsing at startup" and "[x] Cache network servers" but XYplorer is always slow and wants to freeze every time I click a network folder. It works just fine on OneDrive or local files. I'm using XYplorer to sync to my work cloud drive and the company is using Egnyte. It works fine on my personal computer but my work laptop is slow for some reason. I've restarted the computer, and updated to the latest version of XYplorer but I'm not sure how to continue troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated!
