Xyplorer 25.50 not accepting ROU (Romanian Programmers) input (at folder name creation) ..

Hello, so it seems (latest 25.50) Xyplorer does not accept some of my language diacritics?
I tried to type ăăăâââșșșțțțîîî but it won't accept two of them..
Using ROU (Romanian Programmers) lang under Windows 11.
What's going on? Thanks !
P.S. I'm on lifetime license if that matters.

That's weird! AFAIK nothing has changed regarding character input. Does the same thing happen when typing in the address bar?
I tried to type ăăăâââșșșțțțîîî but it won't accept two of them..
Which two?

Hi, in the address bar same behaviour: șșșșș (right alt + s for romanian programmers lang) and țțțțț (ralt + t) do not appear.

Okay. This is tricky, there won't be a fast solution. Needs research. It's on my list.
BTW, the issue is not specific to XY:

I apologize: i am using the competitor product from australia now due to this issue..
I could get back to xyplorer when its solved so.. your priorities..
P.S. no issue in dopus with my language.

I loaded a Romanian keyboard and tried this in File Explorer but these key combos don't produce anything there.
I assume "right alt" is AltGr?

Yep, AltGr + aqsti !
And make sure you are on ROU Romanian Programmers !

Okay, got it. It's a keyboard layout only available from Windows 10.

Well, acc. to
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/globa ... rd-layouts is has been introduced already in Vista / Server 2008. But I cannot find a way to activate it. It is not offered in the available keyboards list.
