BUG with the 'External Copy Handlers'

The External Copy Handlers (like TeraCopy) do not work when copying to a folder that needs a UAC permission certificate (like to C:\Program Files).
[With Win file explorer it works fine.]
The help says, "The copy handlers are auto-elevated if necessary when copying to UAC-protected locations",
but in fact this is not so, it automatically switches to the standard Windows copy!

THANKS!

For me, TeraCopy In XY works as follows:
Trying to copy into a protected dir produces the following message.
If I select Continue the UAC comes and after acknowledge it the file is copied.

The XY TeraCopy config entry is like this
TeraCopy (Overwrite Older)|%ProgramW6432%\TeraCopy\TeraCopy.exe|/OverwriteOlder

It looks like TeraCopy is not called from an enhanced XY.
