How can we save a copy of the entire settings (including list and folder view settings) differently?

Folder view settings are stored in fvs.dat

First backup and then restore the backup

Menu - File - Settings Special - Backup Application Data Folder...

And when you need these settings back you'd copy the contents of that folder back into your (new) ... application data folder^^
To find that: Menu - Go - Go to Application Data Folder

Now there is File | Settings Special | Restore Application Data Folder... to make it more convenient.
