Marked Text font color set to 000000 by default in recent versions

Using 25.40 currently, but I think it has been happening for a few weeks, the secondary font color is not showing in fresh;, it seems that
Configuration | Colors and Styles | Colors | Marked Text 1
Configuration | Colors and Styles | Colors | Marked Text 2
have been set to 000000 by default now for some reason, but resetting the colors changes it back to the default blue again. I assume the change wasn't on purpose.
