First use of quick script in catalog

I have tried using this script in the catalog and cannot get it to work. Would somebody please tell me what is going wrong here?

Mh, everything?

There is no concatenation between command ids and what the heck should the ":" stand for?

Thank you for your time and the code. It works like a charm!

That said your insight would be appreciated if you would explain why your code works and mine does not. Clearly I am missing something here but don't know what it is.
