Check for Updates Failed

Running v25.20.0100 on Win10.
When I try to manually update (Help > Online Support > Check for Updates I get the following error. I have restarted the desktop PC and I have tried on a laptop. Always the same error. I can download and do a manual install. Holding the control key and going to Hlelp > Online Support > Check for Updates works.
