hi! not sure if this is a visual bug or if it's supposed to be there.
when i navigate folders via breadcrumb bar history, etc., if i come across one that no longer exists, i get the normal "The system cannot find the path specified." message and a tiny dotted green border around the inside of the file window when the pane is active :
is this supposed to be displayed/shown ? i don't get any other type of border (that i can see) when a pane is active with a proper path (only the normal highlighting of the active pane).

It's the focus rect. Tells you that the list has the focus. It's not that green actually.

Re: Dotted Green Box Inside Pane
thanks! makes sense.
so it's only visible when ""The system cannot find..." is displayed ? that is the only time i see it, no matter what is active. for me at least, nothing else that has (or lost) focus has this showing (which is why it stood out).

Forget it, it does not make a difference.

I think I will remove the focus rect you are talking about. It's annoying, inconsistent, and pretty useless.
