Selection Stats has stopped working

Within the last few releases, Selection Stats seems to have stopped functioning.

Ah yes, that was a quick experiment related to
viewtopic.php?t=26708
After the guy disappeared I forgot to undo it.

Did you purposely make Selection Stats not work for drives anymore? Specifically from the native context menu in the tree, but it doesn't work in the list either for [USB] drives.

Yes, I did that on purpose on 20240717 and tied it to an undocumented tweak ShowFolderSizeInListForDrives. I looked at it again now and think it was a crappy move. Will work again in next beta.
