XYplorer 25.00 will not start

When trying to start XYplorer 25.00.0000 nothing shows up, the error log in the program folder shows the following error:

Main@20: Error 13 - Type mismatch

24.90 was working fine.

Sure that 24.90 was working fine? Not maybe 24.80?

The latest XYplorer version 24.xx installer I have is 24.90.0100 which was working fine until 25.00.0000 was installed

My windows version is Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22621.2361 with until yesterday the latest Windows updates installed

It should be fixed in v25.00.0100.

Thanks for the quick response, the latest install fixed the problem and XYplorer is working again.

I have a problem where Xyplorer won't appear. I run in tray mode and auto start up with minimize to tray on. Usually i put my machines in sleep mode.

Sometimes, the tray icon disappears and when i click the launch icon nothing happens. Often, opening task manager and closing the instance fixes it but not all the time. I sometimes have to reboot for things to sort themselves out.

This is happening on both my machines.

It's difficult to provide steps as it doesn't happen all the time. Today from a cold boot XYplorer wouldnt open. I shut the processes several times and then it opened after a considerable wait to the tray.

I am not using multiple monitors so it's not like the program is loading into a phantom monitor.

I have these settings

Minimize to tray : on
Minimize to tray on X Close: on
Allow multiple instances : off

I can't reproduce it and I don't see what could cause it. I'd say it's more of a Windows bug.
