Menu Synthax Build differing between breadcrumb and Custom Event Action

Hello Guys!

just a little help please...
using a given syntax for menu build in the breadcrumb icon works just fine, but when cloning the code to the middle click white list custom event action as a script, it does not identify the inner commands synthax and fails to build the submenu structure for files and folders as demontrsated in the pictures below...
tried adding /H on beginning of the second one from post i saw some time ago but no sucess.

working:
