I still don't understand what you want properly, keep in mind you can invert a dupes comparison of file basenames, but maybe Sync Select may suit your task more, try menu Panes | Sync Select.

I have 2folders :

1 - 24K files xxxxx(numbers).ext
2 - 23k833 files xxxx(numbers).ext
I just want to see wich files Im missing in folder 2 that is in folder 1 ; and to be honest ur link don't speak about 2folders but only dupplicate files or I'm too dumb so if u can explain me step by step I appreciate

If I understand your task properly, then put the 2 paths in the Location field c:\path1 | c:\path2 on the Name and Location tab of the find files panel (uncheck Include subfolders if necessary), then on the Dupes tab, select the Name checkbox/dropdown to match what you require (if you want the numbers to be ignored in filename check the box underneath), and tick the Invert checkbox, make sure the Name & Dupes checkboxes are ticked on the Applied Filters on the right, then perform the search.

Sync Select should work for this task instead too though, unless ignoring the (numbers).ext is required/important. Open both locations in each Pane, then Sync Select | Select Uniques, Ignore Extension checkbox.

I never said to put any content in the Name field on the N&L tab, only both paths in the Location field, and you skipped this part:
jupe wrote: 24 Jun 2023 01:23 , and tick the Invert checkbox,
Anyway now I can see what you are doing properly, just use my Sync Select suggestion INSTEAD (not in addition), you may have to scroll down to see the selected files afterwards, (and tick "on both panes" in the dialog), if you want them not just selected, and to be the only thing in the pane then use this afterwards, View | Tab | Filter By Selection(s)

edit: Actually, are you trying to select the .wem.wav's? because those are totally different filenames, not just different extensions.
