Here is the error code:

Error 0x800300FC: The name %1 is not valid.

D:\to sort out\videos\New Folder\amzing\0to sort out\personal\002 2022.09.02 Final Fantasy VII Advent Children cosplay with TMProjection as Cloud Strife and Ngoc Thuy Le from Vietnam as Tifa 34 years old as of 2022.09.18 2023.01.29 15.26.34 USE THIS copy.jpg

I assume this is NTFS character limitation?
however i can bypass this if i use windows explorer or teracopy
is there a way to bypass it in xyplorer to ignore character limitation?

The name has 259 characters. That's just the limit for a Windows shell operation (I know no other way to do file operations on portable devices). I'm surprised that windows explorer or teracopy can do it. If you take out one character, shortening it to 258, does it work then?

yeah it works if i reduce it but thats not really a solution to a problem
but theres ways to bypass it, ie the methods i mentioned

surely many would agree that a file path limitation is ridiculous for file management so maybe implementing a bypass would help

Normally the shell can handle 259 and fails at 260. I have no idea what's going on here. PD support in Windows has always been weird. I'll work around it as soon as I see a way.

maybe i am mistaken, but i would think more would agree that file names THAT long are just ridiculous. apologies in advance, but your example file name is absurd.
