[Using 24.40.0105]

When I set this and other visual filters in a folder:
"48 Hours|Modified In The Last 48 Hours" ageM: <= 48 h
no files are being listed at all when some should certainly appear.

This is happening with XYplorer.exe /fresh as well, using say
"7 Days|Modified In The Last 7 Days" ageM: <= 7 d

Not sure exactly when this problem appeared, but very recently, perhaps related to the live filter improvement.

You ticked "Use space character for Boolean AND" and the pattern was resolved to ageM: <= AND 7 AND d. Fixed in next beta.
