Is it possible to have some CKSs work when XY is not focused? For example when its in the background, minimized, in tray etc. Ofcourse, user will define what those Global CKS are, else its dangerous.
Just wondering.

Certainly not from within XY. I think Windows offers this. (Don't know where, never used it.)
