CorelDRAW file version not display

The version of the file list does not display the version number of the CorelDRAW file.

Because it reads the version from .exe / .dll / .ocx / ... files, not from some arbitrary application format

But on Windows systems, both Explorer and Q-Dir file managers can display.

Select the CDR file and choose File | Metadata. Is the version number listed in the data returned?

You were asked to use File | Metadata...
And if it looks e.g. like this:

You can just add a column and select the property "File Version"...

After clicking the Metadata button, the file version in the red box is not displayed. What is the reason? Could you be more specific? Thank you!

Then show the metadata content for such a file and upload it somewhere so that others can see if it appears on their system?

The right-click menu "Properties" does not have version information, but the priority right-click menu "Show 64-bit Context Menu"-->"Properties" provides version information, which is amazing.

CorelDRAW 2019_21.2.0.706，CorelDRAW 2023_24.5.0.731，Both versions are installed.
Q-dir 11.48 x64，Windows 10 22H2 19045.4046 x64 Explorer，TotalCMD_64bit_11.03 x64 Enable Plugins\Wdx\ShellDetails\ShellDetails.wdx64, it can be displayed normally.

Even with the 2019er version I see the full metadata for that file, including file version.
For whatever reason your 32-bit shell properties seem to be broken (and that's what XY presents in these metadata infos)
