Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search

When doing a plain text search over the entire "C:" volume
XYplorer V24.30.0100 repeatedly reports "Error 11 Division by zero".

The attached file "XY_V24.30.0100_Find_Dialog_1.jpg" shows
what was specified in the "Find Files" dialog.

The attached file "XY_V24.30.0100_Error_11_txt.zip" contains
the single file "XY_V24.30.0100_Error_11.txt" which, in turn,
shows several of the captured error displays.

The output of msinfo32.exe is attached as file "T460P_NFO.zip"

Send me one of those EML files that trigger the error.

Thanks for the nearly instant reply!

The attached "Sample_1.zip" contains the file
"20200221-Fwd_Macrium_Order_Reference_MR35471-10558.eml"

Thanks. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the error. :? Does it only happen with EML files?

Gee, I don't know. I canceled the search after a slew of those error displays.
I'll give it another shot now and let it continue to run. I should be able to
report back to you shortly.

Also check if it makes a difference if you rename such a file to *.TXT.

Well, it's still running (very slowly). There have been a few more Divide by Zero errors
on different .eml files in different directories. Not all .eml files seem to cause the
problem, and there have not been any of these errors on any other file types.
FYI, the .eml files are created by Thunderbird when viewing an e-mail, and then
navigating from File -> Save As -> File and accepting the default as ".eml". The
trouble causing files are of varying ages, produced by different versions of Thunderbird.

I'll update you once the search completes.

The search finished (3 hours and 55 minutes elapsed time) with no other errors.

Thanks for removing the attachment which contained a license key.
That key was no longer valid, however, I appreciate the diligence.

Due to a business commitment it is unlikely that I will be able to work
with you on this problem until Saturday 29 April. I apologize for the
delay. Thanks for all of your help!

That's the interesting part. Let me know when you are back in town.
